How It Works
01. Book A Date
Schedule a free consultation below with us to see if we are a fit Once we discuss in more detail, Select a date in my calendar, complete the intake form, and submit a 50% deposit to secure your spot.
02. Prep Work
Before we get started, you’ll receive a workbook to provide key information about your brand and collect your website content. Additionally, we’ll schedule a prep call to discuss your website goals and vision.
03. Design Day
Sit back and relax while we work our magic. I’ll create your site, upload your content, and ensure it looks fantastic. By the end of the day, you’ll have a fully functional, live website!
04. Support
I’ll always be here for you! After our project date, you’ll have access to me for 30 days to address any questions you may have about your new website.

Does this include brand design?
No, Brand design is not included. However, it can be purchased as an add-on before the design day. Your brand needs to be solidified before we can start this project.
What platforms do you work with?
We work with multiple platforms. However, do the VIP day, the platform of choice is WordPress.
How far in advance can I book?
You can book your spot as far as 4 weeks in advance.
How do I pay?
Payment is made via our online portal. 50% deposit is due when booking the VIP day into the schedule and the balance is due 7 days before the date of service. Failure to make the final payment will forfeit your booked day.
Will I be able to make edits to my website?
Most definitely! The reason I decided to use WordPress for this service is its ease for my clients to navigate and manage their website post design.
Whats your cancellation policy?
We get it, things come up sometimes that are out of our control. If the client wishes to cancel the VIP day after booking, you will be issued a 50% refund as long as we are provided 14 days’ notice. If less than 14 days’ notice was provided, it is up to Watermint’s Crest discretion to provide a partial refund or not.
If the Client wishes to reschedule their VIP Day after booking, they are free to choose a new date within 30 days, contingent on Watermint Crest’s availability. At least 14 days’ notice must be given to reschedule the project date. If less than 14 days’ notice is given, the Client will be charged a $200 rescheduling fee.
If Watermint Crest cancels the One Day Website after booking, the Client will have the option to either book a new date or receive a full refund. The Client will not be charged a rescheduling fee if Watermint Crest needs to reschedule a project.
