1. No Returns on Services

As a digital marketing agency, Watermint Crest provides services that are custom-tailored to each client. Because our services are intangible and cannot be returned once delivered, we do not offer returns on any of our services, including but not limited to:

• Web Design & Development
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Graphic Design
• Brand Identity Development
• Marketing Consultation Services

2. Refund Policy

While we strive to meet all client expectations, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is requested. The following refund terms apply:

a. Refunds for Services Not Yet Started

If you cancel a service before any work has commenced, you may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any administrative or setup fees. Written notice of cancellation must be sent to Info@watermintcrest.com.

b. Refunds After Work Has Started

Once we begin working on your project, refunds will not be available. This includes any deposits, progress payments, or final payments made. If you cancel a service after work has commenced, no refunds will be issued for work completed.

c. Non-Refundable Payments

The following payments are non-refundable:

• Deposits or down payments.
• Payments for services that have been completed or are in progress.
• Payments made for consultation or strategy sessions.

d. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases where Watermint Crest is unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to circumstances beyond our control, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion. Each case will be reviewed individually.

3. Project Delays or Termination

If a project is delayed or terminated due to the client’s failure to provide the necessary information, assets, or feedback, Watermint Crest reserves the right to retain all payments made up until that point. Any additional fees incurred due to delays caused by the client will be billed accordingly.

4. Disputes

We encourage open communication to resolve any concerns or disputes related to our services. If you have any issues or are dissatisfied with any aspect of our services, please contact us at Info@watermintcrest.com so we can work towards a resolution.

5. Amendments to the Policy

Watermint Crest reserves the right to update or modify this Returns and Refunds Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the updated policy on our website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically for any updates.
