No Returns on Digital Services

Because Watermint Crest provides customized, non-tangible digital services, returns are not available once services are delivered or work has begun. This policy applies to all services, including but not limited to:

  • Web Design & Development

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Branding & Brand Identity Development

  • Graphic Design

  • Marketing Strategy & Consultation Services

Each project is tailored specifically to the client and cannot be reused or resold.

Refund Policy

Refunds for Services Not Yet Started

If a project is canceled before any work has commenced, you may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any administrative, onboarding, or setup fees.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Info@watermintcrest.com.

Refunds After Work Has Started

Once work has begun on a project, refunds are not available. This includes:

  • Deposits or retainers

  • Milestone or progress payments

  • Final project payments

This policy reflects the time, planning, and creative resources already allocated to your project.

Non-Refundable Payments

The following payments are strictly non-refundable under this Watermint Crest Refund Policy:

  • Deposits or down payments

  • Payments for services already in progress or completed

  • Consultation calls, audits, strategy sessions, or VIP services

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare situations where Watermint Crest is unable to fulfill the agreed-upon services due to circumstances within our control, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion. Each situation is reviewed individually and does not guarantee a refund.

Project Delays or Termination by Client

If a project is delayed or terminated due to a client’s failure to provide required content, assets, approvals, or feedback within agreed timelines, Watermint Crest reserves the right to:

  • Retain all payments made to date

  • Close the project after reasonable notice

  • Invoice for additional work or extended timelines caused by the delay
