General
Why should you work with us?
We handle all of your brand’s visual communication needs in one place. Instead of hiring separate vendors for branding, design, and web, we ensure everything works together seamlessly. This allows your brand identity to remain strong, consistent, and cohesive across every touchpoint.
How long does it take to complete a project?
Timelines depend on the scope and complexity of your project. Before any deposit is collected, we provide an Estimated Delivery Date (EDD) so you can confirm the timeline works for you. Once approved, you are added to our work queue. When your spot becomes available, we’ll reach out and begin your project.
Please note: delays in submitting content or approvals will delay your project completion date.
What if I don’t like the final result?
Each project includes an initial design round followed by two rounds of revisions. This process ensures the final deliverable aligns with your vision. Additional changes requested after final delivery are available at an hourly rate.
Are your prices set in stone?
Our standard packages are listed on our website. However, no two projects are exactly alike. If your project requires additional work beyond the listed packages, we’ll create a custom proposal tailored to your needs.

Branding packages are customized and may include:

How long does a branding package take?
Branding timelines typically range from 1–2 weeks or longer, depending on scope, communication, scheduling, and revision rounds.
Design
Can I provide design inspiration or examples?
Yes. We welcome inspiration and reference designs to help understand your preferences. However, we do not replicate or reproduce another designer’s work. All designs created are original and unique to your brand.
Web Design & Development
Will I be able to update my website myself?
Yes. Upon final delivery, you’ll receive:

These resources will help you update content and manage your site confidently.
Do you offer website maintenance?
Maintenance is available at our hourly rate. We also offer retainer packages for ongoing support. Blog updates are not included and must be managed by the client.
Do I need to provide my own images?
Yes. Clients must supply high-resolution images and ensure proper licensing. Watermint Crest is not responsible for legal issues related to image usage or permissions.
Will you host my website?
No. Clients are responsible for purchasing their own domain and hosting and providing access credentials.
What platforms do you work with?
We design and develop websites using WordPress, Shopify, and Duda. All platforms are mobile-responsive and scalable.
Can you help me choose hosting?
Yes. We can recommend hosting providers, but setup and account ownership remain the client’s responsibility.
Payments & Billing
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payment via bank transfer and major credit or debit cards.
How does payment work?
Unless otherwise agreed upon, a 50% deposit is required before your project begins (including while in the work queue). The remaining balance is due after final design approval and before final delivery or launch.
Pre-made Brand & Website Themes
Do I own the files after purchase?
Yes. Once purchased, the files and licensing rights are transferred to you. We do not resell purchased brand or website themes.
Can I request changes to a pre-made template?
Yes. Customizations beyond basic edits are available and billed at our hourly rate.
Refunds & Returns
Can I get a refund?
Due to the nature of our digital services and products, all sales are final. Most items are delivered digitally and are considered used once accessed or downloaded.
What about physical products?
Physical items may be eligible for return within 5 calendar days, provided they are unopened and in original condition. Return shipping fees are deducted from the refund.
If a physical item arrives damaged or contaminated, please contact us immediately for a replacement.
How are refunds processed (if approved)?
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of approval or denial. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within a standard processing timeframe.
